Choco is a stunning young girl with an elegant and very striking look. She was found abandoned on the streets, most likely left behind intentionally by her previous owners. Sadly, this is a common story in Mexico, especially in very hot areas where abandoned dogs struggle to survive. Thankfully, Choco was rescued in time and is now safe, healthy, and ready to start a new chapter of her life with a family who will love her forever.
With her expressive eyes, tall upright ears, athletic build, and reddish coat, she is likely a Pharaoh Hound mix, a guess based purely on her physical traits. What is certain is that Choco is a sweet, affectionate, and friendly girl with a wonderful temperament.
Special Needs Note
Choco was born with hip dysplasia, which causes her some discomfort and requires ongoing pain management. Her mobility is not compromised. She walks, runs, plays, and lives a completely normal life, she just benefits from medication to keep her comfortable. She is already doing great and enjoys her daily routine like any other dog.
She loves people, enjoys cuddles, and quickly becomes attached once she feels safe. Choco is social with other dogs, gentle with humans, smart, curious, and playful. She is still young, making her highly trainable, adaptable, and ready to learn.
